"Mr. Mark Wetherbee is the excellent agent I ever met. I am coming from Hong Kong and living in Florida over 30 years. Mr. Mark is very serious about his job. He has knowledge and sincere to everyone. He explains to me the auto policy very detail and he answers my questions patient. One thing I would like stress that he treats me very nice no matter I ask him so many questions. "I have had Ted Hess State Farm car insurance for 38 years. Used them twice, during a Hurricane and when I got a hit. Both times Immediate handling and extreme professionalism. Now am old and so is my car and to lower costs I called office and talked to Deborah S. Adams….and pleaded for help in understanding my policy and lower my rate. She patiently went over every charge and together we figured a plan that is saving me hundreds. Thru the years this office has always taken the time to help."

"First time in 29+ years with Ted Hess's agency I had an issue. It was a "glitch" from CORPORATE! But let me say, DEBBIE ADAMS went above and beyond, (phoned me daily, sometimes twice for updates until corporate fixed it). It took a couple of days to get corrected but, Debbie's understanding and concern was totally amazing. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism is more than 5 stars she can light up the sky. Nowadays you just don't find that in most businesses. Debbie is wonderful...."

"Scammers!! Debbie at this office gave me a quote and I signed up with state farm. When I was signing up I was asked if I would like to participate in a "drive and save" program to which I respectfully said NO to since I felt it was an invasion of privacy. I get an email from State farm to sign up for the tracking service and the very next day I get gps trackers in my mailbox, I call her 3 times and she is unavailable, I email her twice and nothing!! Finally after 3 emails she responded by sending me my "new policy" which is $387 more than what she quoted me. Not only is this extremely unprofessional, but this is illegal and "bait and switch" tactics. Stay far away!!!"

I've asked my staff to provide quotes with the Drive Safe discount because it provides the best rate; however, it should be removed at the client's request. The oversight in your case was an honest mistake related to a current heavy workload and not a "bait-and-switch" scenario. I think you can see from the reviews on this website that my agency in general, and Deborah in particular, is not in the business of scamming our clients. "

"After my father passed we were trying to tidy up my mom’s finances and move everything over to her name. In retitling the car and readjusting insurance, we realized that the policies were not in order. Cars that we had sold years before were still under the policy and cars we had were not. After adjusting everything and finally understanding what the policy looked like, we thought everything was paid for given the website shows premium as paid but it wasn’t. Rather than notifying us of the non payment, they sent notice to my deceased father after being notified of his passing and while in communication with us over what policies were active so we never knew that coverage had lapsed. Looking for new insurance, we’ve been denied from every agency because of how State Farm reported a few accidents that made it seem like my mom was at fault for 3 of 5 accidents even though she was found not at fault and was driving in only 1 accident. Ultimately, we had to call the main State Farm offices to try to clear this up and in the meantime my mom is unable to drive. This has been incredibly frustrating for our family in an already difficult time and we’ve been met with not an ounce of support from this agency. They’re poor communication is rivaled only by the complete lack of organization. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance group to my worst enemy."
